SHIPPING POLICY

•   Shipping of ethanol is available for orders with delivery addresses in Greece and Cyprus.    
• Shipping duration: 2-3 working day in Greece and 5-9 working days in Cyprus.
• Shipping to counties within Europe is available with extra fee and within 10-15 working days.

In addition, You can also schedule a delivery for the date of your choice and there is no minimum quantities for your order. (only in Greece)

*If the transport company ask you additional fee for the shipping please call us and don t pay it.
* If you see any damage to the package when you receive you order , you have the right not to accept your order from transport company or to accept it after opening the package and checking products. If you accept products with broken package without your comments of broken package on the transport receipt, our company will not have the responsibility for return or refund.

RETURNS POLICY

• Returned items must be in original condition, including tags, booklets, and labels.
• Refund will be issued to original payment method
